Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing rankvet.com (the “Site”) or engaging any services offered by RankVet (“RankVet,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use our Site or Services.

2. Services

RankVet provides SEO, local marketing, paid advertising, hosting, speed optimisation, website maintenance, and up to three (3) free hours of website work per month (collectively, the “Services”). Specific deliverables will be outlined in each proposal or statement of work (“SOW”).

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide timely access to necessary accounts, assets, and decision-makers.
Supply content and approvals within agreed timelines.
Ensure that any materials furnished to RankVet do not infringe third-party rights.

4. Fees & Payment

Setup Fees – One-time fees for initial website design/development or campaign setup are due in advance.
Monthly Fees – Recurring Services are billed month-to-month, payable upfront (on or before the first calendar day of each month).

5. Refund & Cancellation

No Refunds. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Termination Notice. Either party may terminate Services with at least thirty (30) days’ written notice, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all outstanding fees, all rights, title, and interest in and to the final deliverables – including but not limited to website code, design files, written content, graphics, and campaign assets – are irrevocably assigned to the Client. RankVet retains ownership only of (a) its pre-existing proprietary tools, templates, and methodologies that are not unique to the Client’s project, and (b) any third-party materials licensed under separate terms. All such pre-existing or third-party assets are excluded from this transfer unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information in strict confidence and not disclose it to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

8. Disclaimers

RankVet makes no guarantees regarding specific search-engine rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.
The Client understands that results vary based on numerous factors beyond RankVet’s control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold RankVet harmless against claims arising from Client-supplied materials or breach of these Terms.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, or internet outages.

12. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use of the Site or Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts located in Chișinău, Moldova.
